Well, if you'd call it that, I'm jumping on the bandwagon and leaving DA.
This may or may not come as a shock to you guys, but it's a decision I've been thinking on for a while now.

See, DA has been really helpful to me all these years because it pushes me as an artist to be better and to try new things. It was good for me to improve through it. But lately DA seems to be changing, or maybe I'm just changing. Either way, I also find myself kind of drawing to post lately... as in, I hold back from drawing what I feel because I'm too concerned about drawing with others' opinions in mind, and I don't want that. I feel like it's limiting my creativity now.

And so, after five great years of improving and meeting new friends and growing up, I'm moving past DA. This doesn't mean I'll stop drawing! If you're still wanting to see my art, I'll still be posting things at Atalier.net every so often (I finally got my own domain name, did anyone notice?<3).

Hopefully this isn't a sad goodbye, because for me it isn't even a bitter goodbye. DA is helpful, but I feel now that I have outgrown it. Also, maybe I'll still be able to keep in touch with some of you? (I've definitely bookmarked a lot of pages so I can keep up with how you all are improving).

I guess this is where I leave you then. Don't forget to try new things, never give up, and take time to appreciate the little things in life. Take some chances, try something new, and never forget the things in your past that have shaped you in ways you didn't even realize at first.~
